Easy Recipe: Tuna Melts

This is so easy, with a little twist to your standard tuna sandwich

  • Can of tuna
  • Mayo
  • Lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Onions
  • Cheese- American, Cheddar or Swiss
Drain the tuna, rinse the can with water and drain again to eliminate any access salt in the tuna. Empty tuna in bowl, shred with a fork. Add a tablespoon of mayo- more or less to your liking, add chopped up onions, salt and pepper and squeeze a lemon in it. Mix well.

Toast bread, add tuna, top with cheese and put back in toaster. Your tuna melt is now ready. YUM!
