Easy Recipe: Goat Cheese Spread

I love this spread, and never thought I liked goat cheese until I had this spread. It is a little costly to make but it is a crowd pleaser!

• Goat Cheese
• Cream Cheese
• Pesto
• Roasted Peppers
• Pinoli Nuts (optional)
• Bagel slices, chips or crackers

Mix cream cheese and goat cheese together, set aside. Chop up roasted peppers to bite size. I like to use a round Tupperware and line it with plastic wrap. Now layer up all the ingredients. Start with the cream cheese/ goat cheese mixture, then roasted peppers, cheese/ goat cheese mixture, then pesto and repeat. Set aside in fridge over night. Next day flip onto a plate and serve with toasted bagel slices, chips or crackers. The colors of the layers are perfect for this Holiday Season! Enjoy!!
