Healthy Snack-Fruit and Yogurt Topped with Almonds
This is my favorite mid-morning of after dinner snack.
1 cup Plain Nonfat
Chobani
Yogurt
1 tablespoon of blueberries
2 tablespoons of chopped strawberries
1 tablespoon blackberries
10 or handful of unsalted roasted almonds
Layer fruit, top with yogurt and almonds. YUM!
