Mecha Noodle in Norwalk CT

I am a little obsessed with this place. Last year I went to the one in Fairfield with a friend and it was delicious but we didn't know what to order. Recently one opened up in Sono in Norwalk CT so I went with my husband and little one. We went to town. I just got back from dinner tonight with a group of girlfriends and again amazing. Below are some of my favorite items:

Boa pork belly: I tried their chicken one and it's good but the pork belly is really amazing! The bun is so light and fluffy. The cucumbers really add a refreshing taste.

Their pork egg rolls come in an order of 5 and are crunchy on the outside and full of meat inside. Not skimpy at all.

Note the cheerio on the plate was from my daughter not part of the meal.

I have had their PHO chicken which is good but their Chicken Ramen is amazing. It has healing powers. The broth looks creamy but it isn't and is the best broth I have ever eaten.

Even my daughter enjoyed it!

Another couple of great items I had are their mushroom dumplings and kale salad. Their prices are so reasonable. They do not take reservations and I have noticed the crowd fills in after 6:30/7:00 so be sure to get in when you can.

It's top on my list! Check it out!

When Things Don't Go As Planned Quote

Past couple of months this has been true in my life so I have decided there is no plan. It's one day at a time and just go with it.

Valentine's Day Suncatcher

You probably all have these supplies already in your home. How clever to use your empty gift boxes and tissue paper leftover from the holiday season!
