Take It Outside...



Even though we haven’t been having the normal type of May weather there’s still something about breathing in the early morning air. I started to take my workouts outside. Running. Walking. Stretching. The air, smell of nature, and sound of the birds, does something for the body and mind. 

Set some goals and include taking them outside. Clear your mind and be good to your body.
