Learn from it all...they are all teaching us something. Heartache means you loved. Tears means you can feel.
Holding back means you lost trust in someone, you don’t want to open up to again. Your soul may be tired and knows to protect itself. You aren’t ready to give them what they think they deserve. Or maybe they aren’t the person you want to give your love to. Maybe they aren’t worthy and that’s ok too.
Pulling you close to someone means you’re not ready to let go and you’re holding on for a reason.
There’s all these things that build us up. Teach us. Help us grow. Help us find peace with ourselves. It’s all a process. A growing process. Don’t fight it. Learn from it. ❤️
