Change Your Habits To Change Your Life


Baby steps...I started by changing the pandora station I listened to. I love Mumford and Sons but it reminded me of a time I was sad and I don’t want to be sad anymore. 

I changed restaurants I went to. Started changing my routine slowly. What I did. What I listened to. Where I went. 

It helps you clear you mind to change your life. I didn’t depend on people I used to speak to everyday. I made small changes to make my life happier. It’s just minor steps. I spent more time alone. Solo. Liking myself. 

Let go of pain. Let go of anything that doesn’t feel good. Life is amazing. You should feel amazing everyday.
