What Are You Holding On To? Stop Repeated Behaviors




Not because you want to. Maybe because you have to. Because it’s not what you need or didn’t turn out the way you hoped or wanted to even deserved. We think things will change and then don’t. So you repeat some drama or fights or behavior until you say to yourself what on earth are you doing.  Why are you doing this again. So stop. Stop the repeated behaviors.
