Stuffed Peppers


These are my all time favorite. I craved them this week and made them for dinner. Were a hit. The easiest process is to have sauce already made. 

Brown a package of meat. Stir in a cup of cooked white rice. Add two tablespoons of sauce. Mix. 

Add sauce to bottom of your baking dish. Add peppers. Stuff with meat and rice mixture. Top with sauce and parmigiana cheese. Bake at 350 until golden brown about 30/40 mins.
