Waking Up To Fresh Crespelle











My parents grew up in two different towns in Italy. This morning I woke up to them making crespelle from their different towns. It’s a New Years tradition. 

The crespelle from my dad’s town is simple. You add bay leaves to add flavors. My mom’s town is rolled in sugar with orange and lemon zest on them.
