Most mornings I have my girls I try to do bootcamp with them. This morning they all woke up stuffy so I had to get creative. This little challenge had them March around for 10 minutes holding a spoon in their mouth with a blueberry on it. To make the challenge harder they had to march and clap. They enjoyed it. Their bodies got to move a little and I was easily entertained.
