Get Up & Move: Circuit Training
I had to make our morning bootcamp more fun. So I decided to have the kids create their own exercises in our circuit trainings the last couple of days. We do them after school or in the morning.
It’s been hard having them stay active in the winter. This helps their body move and they can use their creativity. We set up four stations. We created two different exercises per station. 3 sets of 10 reps on each one.
It’s actually been working out really well. We get our 15-18 min work out in and hit 1,000 steps.
This hasn’t been easy figuring out something four of use would enjoy but yet we have managed to have a lot of fun. We have a flow and I am hoping it continues.
