My Lil Lady Feel Good Song: Laurie Berkner
My daughter loves music and when I am posting on my blog she'll sit next to me

I was reading this magazine my husband picked up on fitness and health and there was an article from the journal Nutrition, explaining how they did a study on Hospitalized Patients and Vitamin C. It states that they noticed a reduction in mood disturbances when they increased the amount of Vitamin C the patient received. I found this to be very interesting. Read full report here.
