The Cascades at the Stanley Hotel
Have you heard of the Stanley Hotel It’s where the Shinning was filmed. Stephen King stayed here and got inspired to write the thriller. There’s a rumor of it still being haunted by the owner who passed.
I have been here before but never ate here. I wanted to pick a cool place for to have my boyfriend’s bday dinner since it was the day before we left for my work trip to Colorado.
It was perfect!
We ate at the Cascades Now I don’t normally order steak out because I love the way my father grills it. BUT this place was amazing!!!
It was up top with the best place I ever had a steak. The corn bread had honey butter all over it. It melted in your mouth. The ambiance reminded me of the game clue.
