Saturday got a little better after trying this place. South End Uncorked...cheese curds-not usually my favorite but these were an exception really delicious, philly cheese steak sandwich- extremely juicy and a must try, hamachi nachos- so refreshing and delicious. Keep Life Simple
Life is simple. Really. Wake up. Have your routine. Work. Enjoy your night. If you have kids you take care of them. Smile. Laugh. Love. All the noise in between messes this all up. All the doubts and what ifs and set backs is really caused by us. Ourselves. We create more termoil within. We have a vision of how things should be verse how they are. Stop complicating things. It’s all very simple. Simplify your life.
When In Doubt Meditate
I couldn’t sleep. It was getting to be annoying so I began to meditate. I even fell asleep listening to this and I must say I woke up feeling amazing. Relaxed.
The power to calm the brain is something we all need to focus on. Calming ourselves. Processing before reacting. Really thinking of the outcome we want. Stress is the worse thing you can do to the body.
Practice remaining calm. Meditate!
