Bingo Baby…
This is my new party contribution to family gatherings. Themed Bingo.
It’s a blast. It’s fun for the family and helps us connect.
Prizes can be whatever you want but be sure to have enough so everyone can win multiple times. This past weekend we did bingo at my Niece birthday and above were the prizes we could win.
Even some of the adults chose something from the fidget box.

Chicago….What An Amazing Performance
She’s always been into theater. Last show she did props. This time ensemble. It’s so fun watching her perform.
The first time we went I thanked my boyfriend and later he actually said we should go back and bring the kids so his daughter could see it.
So we did and it was great watching the kids perform again. Such talent for high schoolers.

Have you ever seen the “Love More Than Ever” spray painted around town? Well he now has a Graffiti Workshop and it was a blast.
I have been wanting to take the kids for a while. I love art and painting and anything to do with being creative makes my heart happy.

He has his studio in Norwalk. My oldest had her play so she couldn’t join us but we will definitely take her and the rest of the kids back.
They have all these canvas lined up on the wall and use water based spray cans so it doesn’t smell.
They class is an hour long. After we got to throw the paint balls at the splatter wall.
It was so much fun!

Ciao! In Sono CT
I hardly get one on one time with my youngest. My oldest was at her play and my middle one a sleepover so my youngest and I went out to dinner.
It was delicious and portions were huge. We got a Cesar salad, fried calamari, she got gnocchi with pesto and chicken and I got the chicken parm.
It’s so pretty inside and staff were really friendly and attentive.
We will definitely come back.

Her Presence Calms Me
I am so lucky to have so many amazing women and men in my life but there’s always that one friend…
The one whose hug heals your soul.
I have this one friend she’s the best. She’s real and fun and spiritual and pure. She’s beautiful inside out. We met years ago while dating friends and I see her a couple times a month.
We met over the weekend for coffee and crepes- again. Our favorite French spot. Its feel like we are away when we walk into the restaurant. Even the waiter had an accent. A genuine sweet man. He laughed with us and when he heard my name he repeated it with a fun accent.
He made me the best cappuccino and when he looked at my friend he said to her when you walked in you brought in this light and I replied you’re right, she always does, she’s the most genuine person I know. He could tell just within seconds of meeting her.
I hope I am that person for others. Be that person for others too.

Last weekend we did a big celebration with the family.
Last night my girls did a baking class to learn how to make Irish Soda Bread. They did a great job.

Casaletto Restaurant in Elmsford NY
What a great place. We found ourselves in Elmsford NY and came across this awesome Italian restaurant. It was so cozy inside.
The pasta dishes were delicious. Pesto was best I had out. Everything in New York always taste better. I bet it their water but seriously I would take the drive just to eat here again.
To Be 10 Again….
We love Urban Air in Orange. During the holidays I purchased a couple Gift Certificates half price that came in handy for her birthday get together.
Go karts, slushies, trampolines, tight ropes, zip lining. It’s an awesome park in Orange, CT. We have been a ton of times yet still it amazes us every time.
I had to give a shout to my boyfriend for spending his Saturday night with me and 7 girls. He’s a keeper!

Rebel Daughter Cookies Did It Again
We had a get together with her friends to celebrate her bday. Instead of favors for friends we gave each kid a cookie from Rebel Daughter- most kids never tried them but have been wanting to and their Bailey’s Irish Cream was for me. Delicious!!!

Crêpes at Crêpes Choupette in Darien
I went with my girlfriend over the weekend. It’s so cute inside. We started with cappuccinos and a savory crepe.
The crepe was like a wheat type. Was really good and fun. You get to watch the lady making the crepes.
Then we split the Nutella, strawberry and banana crepe and I must say it’s the best I ever had. I can’t wait to take the kids to try it.

Alma Bistro In Norwalk
My pictures don’t do justice. This place was amazing. We went with my parents to brunch. It was so good for them to get out and have some fun.
We ate our faces off. They had their brunch and regular menu available to us.
Their beef empanadas were go good we ordered another round. The Chacha-cha chicken my boyfriend ordered and loved it. Best yucca fries served on the side of a delicious bacon burger.
We can’t wait to go back and try more! If there isn’t street parking then you can park in the back on Isaac street.
29 Markle Restaurant in Bridgeport CT
I have seen this on Instagram and read an article about their opening. Their menu isn’t listed anywhere but from what I read I wanted to try it anyway. We had a double date. My sister and her husband with us.
I told them I don’t know much but what I read it sounds like a great place. We winged it and let me tell you it was more than what I expected.
It was absolutely delicious! The staff is very friendly. The ambiance is really nice….Simple. Chic. Trendy.
They are a farm to table restaurant. Their menu changes every season.
Their “New” Old fashion came out with a lid on it and when they took it off it was smoky.
We had their fish tacos and glazed carrots for an appetizer. The carrots were over whipped ricotta and coffee grinds. It was amazing.
Shrimp and grits, ribeye, and salmon were our dinner selections. All so fresh and delicious. We can’t wait to go back next season and try their new menu.
