Shopping in Winter Park Colorado
What a cute shopping plaza. I had to get my little ones salted caramel fudge. It was delicious. Mountain Grind Coffee shop was so cute inside. The girls got espresso gelato. Was amazing.
The whole area has cute shops.
Moose Hollow was an awesome country store.
I love how people walk around town holding their skis. Shopping with the mountains in the background is pretty amazing.
Altitude Pizza Granby Colorado
There’s not one pizza place in the area that would deliver to the mountains. That’s how remote our cabin is. So while I was finishing my night at work the girls went to pick up pizza. It’s about 8 miles from where we are staying. I walked into the cabin and joined them by the fire to hangout and eat.
This pizza was really good. It comes cut in squares. Really fresh and great flavors. We ordered some of our favorites: pepperoni with olives and onions, sausage and peppers and mushroom. The sausage was spicy Italian sausage. Was really tasty. I loved the pepperoni pizza and the mushroom was pretty good.
Snow Tubing In Granby Colorado
Talking about bringing out the kid in you. I will admit walking up the hill was painful but didn’t stop us. This was so much fun. I haven’t gone tubing in a couple of years. Was so much fun and the mountains are beautiful! My client and teammates were tubing too. Was so fun. When was the last time you tapped into the kid inside you?

“I love this song”. I said about every song driving through the mountains. It’s true. I love a variety of types of music. Music makes me happy. I blast it and sang. Sorry for the passengers but it makes me feel alive. It’s the simple little pleasures of life. What are your simple pleasures?

Morning Walk To Work
Our cabins are right next to each other so I can walk over. This was my view on my way to work in the morning. Not too bad.
We worked with the blinds open so we could see the mountains. It’s amazing. So peaceful and zen. Not a bad place to perform our company annual planning meeting.
I really have been blessed with amazing clients. I love being a part of their team and watching them grow and succeed. Working virtually isn’t always easy. Hard to meet new people. You kindof always feel like you’re working. But I love it. I love what I do. I love who I work with. I love these traveling adventures so I can work face to face with them.

Lulu City Donuts in Granby
I had a break from work and walked over to my cabin. The girls picked up these donuts for me on their journey out for the day. Of course I had to cut a piece of them all to try. I must say the chocolate one was amazing! Second favorite was the maple bacon donut.

Residence Inn Marriott in Breckenridge
We held a client retreat here before and the sales manager asked if I wanted to visit the venue so it was our first stop back in Colorado.
It’s beautiful. Driving through Breckenridge was amazing. When we arrive I got a tour of the meeting spaces. I said it’s gorgeous around here but reminds me of the Movie Dumb and Dumber. That’s because it was filmed in Breckenridge she said. I was shocked.
The view from the meeting space is of the mountains. She told me it’s the highest ski lift in America. The Imperial Express Superchair carries skiers and snowboarders to 12,840 feet at the top of Breckenridge's Peak 8 Mountain. Learn more here I really wished I knew how to ski.
Our double bed suite was perfect. Kitchen. Dining area. Beds are super comfortable and cozy. We get a complimentary breakfast in the morning which is a full blown breakfast.
Awesome decor inside too. The staff are extremely friendly.
Bangkok in Breckenridge Colorado
I love Thai Food. This place had a mix of Thai and Japanese. It’s really cute inside. Right in downtown Breckenridge. We ordered the chicken satay and shrimp summer rolls. Delicious. Really fresh and tender and reminds me of the place we get Thai from
in Connecticut.
Our waiter was great. The sticky rice took a while to come so he gave me a Thai Tea to have while I waited. This is Thai tea with a sweet milk in it. Usually condensed milk. The top is lighter than the bottom and while drinking it slowly blends together. Fun and I always wanted to try it.
The only thing we weren’t crazy about was the Pad Thai. It was on the sweeter side and we found out it’s because they added ketchup. Ketchup helps speed up the cooking process. American style Pad Thai is served that way. It’s a little redder the dish. Traditional Pad Thai does not have ketchup.
