Snack Time: Cottage Cheese, Yogurt & Fruit Yum!

This is an awesome power snack filled with protein, calcium and yummy-ness!

  • 2 tbs non fat Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbs low-fat Cottage Cheese
  • Strawberries
  • Grapes
  • Blackberries
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
Chop fruit and top with yogurt and cottage cheese. Yum!
