What You Need:
3 medium potatoes
2 cups of brussle sprouts chopped
2 cups of chopped butternut squash
1 onion chopped
1 Apple chopped
Olive oil
Salt
In a bowl add potatoes and butternut squash. Coat with olive oil and mix. Add salt. Spread out single layer on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake at 425 for 18 minutes. Then add apples and onions and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Simply delicious.
