Oatmeal Kick


Whenever we go to a breakfast buffet for brunch I always did this. It’s been a while so I decided to make it myself in the morning.  Plain Oatmeal with plain Greek yogurt and honey. I just recently added blueberries. It’s delicious and super filing with high protein and vitamins to kick off the day. 

I love the contrast of warm oatmeal against the cold yogurt.

I had a friend who always ate breakfast every morning. I never understood it until I started to do it. It’s a comfort food that has health benefits and is always filing.
