Do NOT Be Impulsive

This was my #1 flaw. I was impulsive. I acted on emotions. Then processed. I gave ultimatums. It was awful. I acted on emotion that triggered fear or flight.  Fear makes you do crazy things. Flight makes you run from situations you do not want to deal with.

I think we all been through it to be honest. At one time or another we did impulsive things. In time I learned to feel and process and leave reacting until the end. I wrote down my feelings. I edited my responses. I slept on it. Yep, I slept on it instead of reacting. That was huge for me. I never allowed myself to do that in the past. 

Always remember every action causes a reaction. Do not be impulsive. Think everything through before reacting.
