We finally brought the kids and it was awesome. You pick your flavor ice cream. They pour the liquid on a cold, round, steel dish and smash it around. You say what syrup you want inside. They make a cute cartoon on it then they use a sharp blade knife and push it up to create a roll. You get to pick three toppings. Keep in mind Oreo topping isn't crushed Oreos. It's a Oreo cookie.
