Your people will never change you. Ever. 

On your life journey you spend a lot of time fitting in or figuring stuff out or creating yourself to then turn around and try to adapt to the people around you. 

It’s so the opposite. Your people will never want that from you. Your true people will want the real you. 

The goal is finding out who you really are and not changing to fit into anyone’s life or world. 

I started to do this. I didn’t adapt to anyone anymore. I was just me. I will tell you it’s been working out great.

Another Year...A Great Twist

Grateful for the messages and love and happiness everyone showed me. I am grateful for my Kids, my twin, family, and friends. 

Birthdays are funny. They can be a little depressing. Getting older is never fun or is it. The best is this birthday was super special because I had no expectations. All my birthday plans got cancelled due to the virus. So anything that took place actually was a bonus. A huge surprise. Grateful for all the unexpected fun and love. It turned out to be a great weekend. Being with a lot of special people made me realize how blessed I am.

This is 40

I will take it. Friends came by and we did a social

distancing get together. It was amazing. Masks. Hand sanitizer and pure fun and laughs. They made it so special for us. Beyond what I expected. 

I realized that I am so loved. That the times I was down or felt like I was alone I never really was. That even though some situations didn’t work out others did. 

How amazing to wake up to texts and messages and my kids singing and friends and family pouring out love. 

I am going to focus on my strengthens and happiness only. That’s it. I swear I will love all those who love me. Always. I am not going to change to fit in anyone’s life. I will only change things I want to change. 

Cheers to 40! I have a feeling it’s going to be a great ride.
