Moms Hold Off On The Costumes
I so was this mom. I would talk to each kid and have them decide which costume they wanted and then they changed their mind up until the day of Halloween. What can I say. We all like to be prepared.
A Soul Is Powerful
Sometimes our heart and brain are not connected. As if they conflict. But your soul should lead you to where you should be. It’s our intuition, our true self.
It’s is also important to surround yourself with people who’s souls flow with yours. Where you can be you and happy and carefree.
Think of the people you know. When they walk in a room what do you feel inside. The good vibe people you can’t get enough of. The not so good vibes you’re on guard. Protect yourself. Our careful when you speak. Surround yourself more with people who are aligned with you.
National Daughters Day
Grateful for my three beauties. They really are the best versions of me and their father. They are all so different and unique in their own way. They made me a Mom. Best job I will ever have. As they get older it’s nice to see them change. To see them grow into an individual person. With hobbies and their personalities crack me up. I hope they appreciate all my hard work and efforts. It’s not easy but worth every moment.

I listen to music all day while working. Hasn’t been the best day for me and then this song comes on. I mean who can be upset while Journey is playing. All I can picture is every time this song came on and we partied or did karaoke. A flash flood of memories came out and all I could do was smile.
You have to understand life. It’s so fked up at times. It’s hard and good. People won’t always understand you or be able to give you what you need. Your emotions can get the best of you. Sometimes you don’t get closure. We chase a clock and all these responsibilities but end of day it’s how you love and live and make your heart happy.

When You Find The Right One
There’s a sense of confusion at times. When two people are not on the same page. When someone gives a little more and the other takes a little more. It’s normal in every situation. Where you have to face realities verse fantasy. Where you must understand no one can make you happy. They are just an addition in your life. You can be happy with life and miss someone or hurt for someone and that’s ok. Doesn’t mean you’re not happy but I will give you one advice to never settle. Never settle ever. You are entitled to have someone make you feel like you’re amazing and the only person in the world and you too need to reciprocate to that person. If you don’t or they don’t stop wasting your energy on them.

It was one of those mornings..
It was one of those mornings..
I woke up sad. Does that ever happen to you? When you heart hurts a little and you are like not today. I don’t want to feel this way today. Then somehow your mood shifts. You realize you have the power to control your thoughts. How you react.
You shift gears. You love yourself so much that you won’t allow any pain to affect you because it won’t make a difference if you do. People will still go on with their life. You still have responsibilities to face. You have to know that you can’t force things. You only have control over you.
So I sent a girlfriend a really cool event for us to go to Friday. I asked my mom to go for a walk. I shifted gears. Because at the end of the day who is going to take care of you? You are. So love yourself. Be happy. So what your heart hurts. Let it be. Still enjoy the things in life you can control. Which is your mind and emotions and how you react.
