Chinese New Year song and creating a Chinese lantern. Construction paper for the craft is available for pick up at the library. Only a stapler and scissors are needed from home."

Pain Teaches You...A lot
No regrets. Just lessons.
I cut out a lot of them out. I did it because I couldn’t heal with them in and out of my life. You can’t play all these roles. Lovers. Friends. Support group. Therapist. Not when emotions are attached. It gets too confusing. One feels one way than the other. You can’t heal. If I loved you I needed to heal from you and needed to cut you off completely. I needed to heal. I needed to learn from the lessons.
You can’t do that when people pop in and out. I too did it. In the past I chose to stay in touch because behind it was false hope. It’s not realistic. Things would never work in end.
