It’s All About Character
I love this. It’s so true. Ever meet someone and feel like you have known them forever. Then people you knew forever feel like you don’t even really know. It happens and it’s ok.
We cross paths with other people to learn. Not just about them but for ourselves. They bring out the good in us a side no one ever could. It’s a beautiful thing. Sometimes the lessons are for us to change. Sometimes it’s for them. Regardless it’s temporary. Things always do come to an end so embrace the time you have with them. It’s a unique experience yet one that sticks with you for a lifetime.
Apply Your Lessons
It’s all about growth. A big time change. Major improvements. Major growth. What we learned in 2019 we will apply in 2020.

Start your morning and day with a little change. Spontaneous fun. Something different. Trust me it helps you smile all day.
Thursday Vibes
Let’s be real. We do have expectations. But then those change. You have to be able to adapt. You have to be able to accept and move on. It’s not easy nor always fair but I learned one thing this week. I was out with a friend and I learned never change. Be you. Always. Your true self. Those who love you will appreciate it. Those who don’t appreciate it aren’t meant to have you in their life anyway.
We are all going to have disappointments in our life. It’s normal. But what you do with those disappointments is up to you.

It’s All About Alignment
I always joke I will meet the love of my life on a Tuesday night at 7:00 pm at the grocery store. Hey you never know. We align with people for a reason. Whether it lasts or not there is a reason the universe connects you to people.
Christmas Morning Magic
We get up too early but then again it’s ok so we aren’t rushing. They take their time with gifts and after assembling and cleaning up we make breakfast. This time green and red pancakes while I blast Christmas music in the background. They then play some more while they wait for their dad. The place is a mess. Total mess but I don’t care. It’s not about that. It’s about them. Their happiness. Us being together. Love and joy and peace. I just want peace and fought a really long time to have it. Nothing. Nothing is better than that.
Would I change anything...nope. It’s my life. No one else has to agree with it or like it. Live your life the same way.

It’s A Magical Time Of Year
It can be complete chaos. But it’s not. It’s actually really magical. We eat a ton and then all gather by the tree. My mom and sister hand out gifts. At first it’s calm and before you know it an hour has passed and kids are smiling and laughing and you don’t even know who got what BUT it’s amazing. Beautiful.
The kids smile and their eyes twinkle. They look amazed at all their gifts. So happy and at peace yet so excited too. It’s a long night yet flies by. It’s about your heart filling with love. Overly loved. Pretty awesome I must say.

Festive Chocolate Tree
A great find at Trader Joe’s. The kids loved it. It’s a big chocolate Christmas tree and comes with decorations we made our own icing and poured it over the tree. We then decorated it. Super cute and fun. Thanks Trader Joe’s.
Christmas Lights Around CT
She’s my soul sister for sure. We laugh or cry or joke together. We can be our true self. She’s honestly the most amazing girl. She’s sweet and fun and real. She doesn’t tell me what I want to hear but what I need to hear. I missed her and asked to grab coffee. I pull up to Starbucks, tell her to hop in the car and we drove around different towns appreciating the beauty of the season.

Then off to Fairfield. I came here last year with my kids. It’s awesome. There’s even a chapel and it’s beautiful. Everyone kept saying Merry Christmas and thanking us for coming. Super sweet. We just got there 10 minutes before it was closing.
First Stop: Mark Drive. We pull up. Set the radio to 9.29 and rock out to. “Don’t worry. Be happy.”
Next stop Stamford. I love this place. I have been coming for years. It’s near cove in Stamford.
It’s picture perfect. Neatly done. House is covered in lights. Love it! You can get out and walk in back. I overheard the guy saying he has 60,000 lights up. Amazing.
