You Have Grown...Spread Your Wings & Fly
The transition period is not pretty. It’s like a caterpillar. You don’t know the outcome. You just go through the process.
Then something magical happens. You transform. You genuinely turn into something amazing and beautiful. Like a butterfly.
That’s the healing process. Where you go through ugly rough stages to reach a beautiful peaceful destination. 💗
Being Happy Doesn’t Mean Everything is Perfect
I had a week I wouldn’t repeat but I said to myself who cares. Enjoy life still. Be happy. I swear my whole mood, day, week, changed.
You have to know nothing is perfect. But when you’re happy. 100% legit happy. You can handle it. You see happiness is little things. Not from anyone but from your inner self. You’re inner healing.

When You Love Yourself...
I can’t believe the stuff I put up with. Really blows my mind. I was talking to a girlfriend about it. I would
never do that again.
Maybe it’s my healing process. Knowing no one can save you or complete you. You do that on your own. Crazy what we tolerate when we are weak. Crazy what we wouldn’t do when we are strong.
What’s Your Role?
Everyone plays a different role in your life and as do you with theirs. How great is it to have clarification to avoid heartache and confusion. It would have spared me a ton if I knew from the beginning.
Someone who comes in and out of my life for years reached out to me today. I asked why. He said because I like your company. We both have kids same ages and we have same work setup and we are alike. Committees. Kids sports. Kids schedules. It’s pretty scary. So I know we are just eachother company. I don’t have room currently for more and neither does this person. So no expectations.
Makes the whole situation much easier. I started to let go of expectations. My expectations are to be a good mom. My kids come first. Then be a good worker. Anything else is a bonus. Anyone else I have no expectations for. I don’t want to be disappointed again.
Finding Feathers
Oh feathers...in early 2018 during my divorce process I would find these and later throughout the years dimes and pennies.
Yesterday and today I found feathers. Little ones. White and grey. Which is ironic since the week I have had isn’t one I would like to repeat.
When you believe in a higher source it gives you hope. 💗
Healing Takes Time
Sometimes situations reopen wounds and set you back. It’s ok. Keep doing what you can. Healing is an inside job. For you. No one else.

Choose to Live in Joy
Life is never easy ever. But I had a situation happen yesterday and instead of being stressed I actually smiled because I know no matter what things work out. Trust your journey.

Let’s Go!
Change used to scare me. I mean doesn’t it scare everyone? Well not me....anymore. I have actually learned to accept it and adapt. A situation occurred today and instead of it bothering me I got overly excited. Why?
Because as one chapter closes it means a new one will begin. I am jumping out of my skin with anticipation. Will it be an easy change. Who knows. But I will tell you the last ten years I will never repeat. So the more changes and closure I get before the next ten years of my life the better.
Welcome the changes in your life. Embrace your new chapters.
The Apology
Sometimes you don’t get closure. Sometimes you do.
I had someone reach out to me today. It’s been 8 months since we spoke. He asked if I would give him an opportunity to apologize to me.
I said yes.
He went on to say he wasn’t in a good place- which I figured- and how he apologized for just sort of just disappearing. He asked to see me and I said thank you but no. I appreciated his apology and respected him for it but it’s best to be left in the past.
I will not lie. It felt good he said something. I felt we live life thinking we never get closure and wonder what WE did wrong for things to end. But most of the times it has nothing to do with us.
I won’t see him again or speak with him but at least I know this chapter ended with him and it had nothing to do with me.
We don’t always get closures. But when you love yourself and know your worth you don’t allow just anyone to take your time and energy from you.
This is the third person past week I have had cross my path and have given me closure.
Learn your lessons.
Carry on...
