Black Out Tuesday
#blackouttuesday #blacklivesmatter 🖤 This is just a peaceful, small gesture we can make. Reality we need to start our kids young knowing that everyone matters. You don’t judge someone based on the color of their skin. That we all have a right to have equal treatment and rights. No one has the right to take an innocent life. No matter what power you have!
My post is for my doctors who are my angels and saved my life during my pregnancies and my thyroid cancer. It’s for my clients who I admire and look up to everyday. It’s for my friends and my daughters friends who we love like family. It’s for my neighbors my teachers my peers. It’s for anyone who needs to be stand up for. Their color of skin should not matter. 🖤

We Are All One No Matter What Our Color Or Religion Is
Nothing should divide us. Nothing should make someone superior to another. No race or religion or gender should be treated differently.

Some Things Aren’t Worth Going Back To!
We are slowly opening up. I must say some days I loved the new norm. Others I didn’t. But as time passed I realized how simple life can be. How simple pleasures do add up.
Let’s learn from this experience. Let’s not rush back to chaos and busy schedules and spending too much. Let’s live within our means. Let’s appreciate people around us. Let’s try new recipes. Enjoy the hike. Sit around with friends and laugh together. Do crafts with our kids. Play outside five times a day.
Don’t rush back to what life was. It wasn’t fully working for us anyway.
Are You Aligned...Are You Really Present?
Jay Shetty is amazing! I love this quote he mentioned.
“We are in harmony when what we think, what we say and what we do are aligned.”
Be present. I will work on this too!

Embrace What Is...
I wasn’t doing this. I kept thinking things should be different. When I was thinking that way I wasn’t fully enjoying the experience. My current life. My journey.
I then accepted it. Do you know what happened when I accepted things for what they really were?
I was happy. I enjoyed the situation more. I accepted it. Life got better and easier. It is a process I have to continue to work on and accept but when I do it’s so much better. I am happier. I am not trying to change it. I embrace it. It is what it is and that’s ok.
I want you to do this too. I want you to stop always trying to change things and accept it.
What Do You Really Need To Hear?
Let’s be real. We normally don’t like the honest friend yet we NEED the honest friend. The one who tells us what we need to hear not want to hear. Then the decision is up to YOU.
Respect. Honor. Embrace. The people in your life who don’t always paint your fairy tale image but love you no matter what.

It’s The Little Things In Life
This is what life is about. The little moments. The everyday love and fun and laughs. Nature. A child’s laugh. Achieving little goals.
Life is beautiful. Embrace the little moments. The simple pleasures.
Clarity...
I have a friend who asked me about my dating life on our summer vacation together back in 2018. She laughed and said I will pray for you to find clarity. Every time I am a bit uneasy I think of her comment. It still makes me laugh almost two years later. It’s still over the same questions. Confusions. Unsure. Overthinking.
Clarity. When we can think clearly. Where we can see things for what they are not what we want or need or desire them to be.
Be patient. Life isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about enjoying your current state.
Have you found your clarity? If not it’s ok. I am still looking for mine too.

Your Healing Is Your Responsibility
We all carry some pain. Hidden down. Some of us do not even know it’s still there until something triggers it. It’s our job to heal. Unbury old wounds. When you do then just maybe then you can be at peace within.
I still have a lot of work to do but this time it’s different in my life. I want to dig deep to really understand why I react the way I do. I have come a long way but we always should be working on ourselves. For ourselves.
A lot people think by now you should be over situations that affected you. I don’t think there’s a time stamp. I think we all need to heal at our own pace. But the key word is heal. To really unbury pain and heal so you can have healthy relationships with yourself and other people. Where your scars can finally heal completely internally.
