Feel Good Song: Better Days

Let Go Of Worry

Make a plan and do the work and stop worrying...I say to myself over and over. Because it’s hard not to worry and it’s hard to not overthink but then you lose out on enjoying the moment.  Enjoy. The. Moment. ❤️

Appreciate Your People

What’s In Your Suitcase?

We walk through life with suitcases. Unresolved issues and problems mean our suitcase are extra heavy. Once you release and sort through your pain your suitcase becomes lighter.

What are you carrying?

Reconnecting Within

Only way to see a change is to have you change...within. Your thoughts. How you handle situations. Your triggers.

It’s a learning process. Everyday. But it means a better you. You attract what you Need. Desire. Think. Want.

Today’s Sunset

How lucky are we to have the water near us. To be able to enjoy the beauty in little things.

June 8th Face Your Truths

Happy Birthday To...

My Pop. The only man I know who will love me unconditionally. We have this goofy bond. We act silly together. I notice he has that bond with my girls too and I love it. We all crack eachother up. It helps keep us young and happy. He’s always been my go to and how lucky are we all to have a person in our life like that. Who just wants to see us happy. Are you happy? He always asked. It always mattered to him. And even though everyday I work towards my happiness it’s always amazing to have people cheering you on. Be that person for someone.

Grateful for him!

Black Out Tuesday

#blackouttuesday #blacklivesmatter 🖤 This is just a peaceful, small gesture we can make. Reality we need to start our kids young knowing that everyone matters. You don’t judge someone based on the color of their skin. That we all have a right to have equal treatment and rights. No one has the  right to take an innocent life. No matter what power you have!

My post is for my doctors who are my angels and saved my life during my  pregnancies and my thyroid cancer. It’s for my clients who I admire and look up to everyday. It’s for my friends and my daughters friends who we love like family. It’s for my neighbors my teachers my peers. It’s for anyone who needs to be stand up for. Their color of skin should not matter.  ðŸ–¤
