I have been walking. Sometimes twice a day. The views change. The findings are beautiful. Maybe being one with nature is one of the things to look forward to everyday.

It’s Our Experience That Made Us Who We Are
I have a story to tell....where do I begin?!
All amazing people had one hell of a ride to reach their destination. Nothing is easy. Nothing comes easy. It’s all experience. Nothing boring. Some shock factors. Tears. Strengthen. Nothing dull here. Some wtf moments. Some can’t go on but do moments.
We aren’t born this way. We are built through every heart break, hard, happy, bad, sad, mad, good and awesome experience.
Remember that! What’s your story?
It’s Not Just About Looks
At this stage in life it’s about finding someone you click with. Who has goals and morals and you can have uncomfortable discussions without it being an argument. Yeah a cute face is great but make sure they are kind, sweet, hardworking, naturally nice. Those things matter...a lot!

Life Is Like A Game Of Chess
Does anyone really know what they are doing? No and that’s ok.
See life isn’t meant to be easy. It’s made to be whatever you want it to be. I was in a funk today. I really was. I was tired and the whole quarantine bothered me. I knew I was down. I even expressed it to friends. I then turned it around.
I went for a walk. I blasted music and made an awesome dinner. I played go fish with my girls. I had some great fun conversations.
I went to bed happy.
It can turn around.
No one has this figured out.

There’s Always A Light At The End Of The Tunnel
You can’t have a great life without having to go through some tough times. You can’t have a great relationship without some hard discussions. You can’t have good days if you never knew of bad ones.
Tough situations make us stronger. They help us grow. Love differently. Respect one another differently.
There’s always a light at the end of the tunnel.
Practice the Pause...Process To Have Healthy Discussions
We sometimes create our own problems and stress. We can over think or assume. We need to stop doing that. What if when a situation happened you paused. Stop. Really process something before reacting.
Don’t you think a lot of arguments and disagreements could actually turn into health discussions!
Healthy discussions. Where you’re able to speak your truth or fears or concerns without having to defend yourself. Where you can bring up something that bothered you or bothers you without it leading to a screaming match.
This is an amazing thing if you’re able to do it. It’s on both people. To be able to have uncomfortable discussions in a healthy manner. Where you don’t feel judged or attacked.
I love it. I love being able to have healthy discussions. Whether it’s with the guy I am seeing or a family member or my ex or my kids or friends. It’s when the discussions can’t be healthy that people internalize everything.
Practice the pause and process. Aim to have healthy discussions.
You Won’t See A Change Until You Change
Break your patterns and cycles. If you want something to change in your life you have to take that step. No one will make the change for you.
I hope this time stuck in quarantine helps us all focus on what’s important to us. What we appreciate. What we want and need to change. How we can change.
I have been more at peace now than ever. I have looked within to really focus on what I need to change. I couldn’t expect anyone else to do it for me. I had to do it for myself.
Change can be uncomfortable but nothing is more uncomfortable than staying the same while expecting different results.

I Love The Time I Have With My Kids
Is it hard. Yep. Is it a lot of work. Yep. Is it awesome. Yep.
Last night we made Easter cupcakes and prepared the French toast bake we had this morning. I blasted 80’s music. If they fought I made them pay eachother a compliment as their punishment.
I have extreme patience when I bake with the kids. I don’t know why. But I do. They love it. They crack the eggs. Measure the liquids. Whisk. You name it.
It’s a fun way for us to bond. No electronics. Just doing something together for fun.
