The adult iced coffee. Probably the best Espresso Martini I have ever tried. Not too strong. Not too sweet. If you add baileys they call it a Cappuccino Martini.

WOW….Over 300,000 Hits
My blog reached over 300,000 views! I am speechless. I started this when my oldest daughter was only 9 months old. I wanted to reach out to other moms and women and people to help them on their path of parenthood. During that course I had two more daughters, I battled cancer, a divorce, ups and downs of life. But I experienced so many amazing adventures. I watched my girls grow. I met a ton of people. I really felt so lucky and blessed. I became happy. Really, fully happy. I fully accepted and embraced who I am and my flaws and being happy alone to now sharing my life happily with someone. I accepted my faults and grew from them. I can say I am not perfect but love the person I am today and thank all my experiences- good and bad- for shaping me.
I wish I knew who you all are so I could hug you all, laugh with you and even exchange life’s journeys together. Thank you for coming to my blog. Thank you for sharing in my journey. I hope I have inspired, motivated, made you all laugh and feel happy.
My goal was to help at least one person! Now my goal is to help at least 100 more. Thank you again!
Let’s Bake with Mix Box
I bought this monthly box subscription for my oldest. After the first couple of months she was over it. Maybe laziness or the thrill passes. But we had about four recipes to choose from and I love trying out new recipes. So instead my middle one and I decided to bake one of the kits.
It's a really cool concept. You get a box a month with all the ingredients and step by step directions on how to make the receipt. Everything is measured out already and the bags are numbered. It’s really foul
proof. This box was the peppermint bark fudge cookies. Very easy and very delicious.
Was great to try a new recipe.
Pool Fun With My Middle One
We don’t get much time alone. It’s hard being a mom
to three. You wish you could split yourself up and give each child exactly what they need. Today her sisters wanted to go shopping with their grandparents so my middle one and I spent the afternoon swimming.
It was brutal out but the pool was perfect. I loved watching her float around and swim. She picked all the songs to play. Olivia Rodrigo seems to be her new favorite album.
It’s hard in the day to make time to focus on your kids while doing your daily responsibilities but when those moments happen it’s pure magic and good for not just them but you too!

Fun At The Maritime Aquarium
Remember one adult gets in free with children. Children under 18 yrs get in free too. We went in early afternoon and besides camps it wasn’t too bad inside. We stayed an hour and headed for ice cream. Love we have this in the backyard.

Our Vermont Adventures…ATVs and Mountain Coasters
Atvs, mountain coasters…our trip was awesome. I love Vermont. This time we went to Killington. Was my first time in this town. At this age it’s not easy finding things to do we haven’t done but we got to experience two things together for the first time. Atvs in the mountains and a mountain coaster.
The atvs were so much fun. I drove it at the bottom of the mountain. My boyfriend took over during the tour. We were driving along the cliffs of these mountains. I felt like a kid again.
The beast mountain coaster ride is like a rollercoaster ride but you have complete control with how fast you go. Down is fast. Up is slow. You are going around these curves and the faster the better because if you slowed down too much you freaked yourself out.

Slate Cheese Board
I love this cheese board. It actually stays cool. I saw it at a restaurant in Vermont. They served our charcuterie board on it. So when we stopped by the Vermont Country store and saw it I had to buy it. Awesome
Price too. Was perfect last night at dinner serving our fun finds in Vermont on it.
The Foundry at Summit Pound Killington Vermont
Our first night we walked over to the Foundry Restaurant right near our lodge. It was beautiful. The food was delicious and the staff was super friendly.
It was the perfect way to start our trip.
At night it lights up and is so pretty.
Very romantic too.

One Day…12 Months Ago
I met a guy who brought me 12 months of love, laughs and fun adventures.
It wasn’t what I was looking for at the time. I was going to stop dating completely. I stopped seeing someone who was in and out of my life for 2 years. Then I met him. I thought he would just be someone to amuse me. I just went with it and it was the best decision ever.
Sometimes the best things in life are those that are unplanned. Spontaneous. Just go with it. I look forward to 12 plus months of adventures with this guy.

Oven S’mores
The other night the weather wasn’t good but I wanted to make s’mores with the kids and what better way then to roast them in the oven.
Just line them up and broil for 2 mins in the oven.
Delicious!!
