You ever hear the phrase you create your own problems? Well it is true. A lot of times something reminds us of someone and we relive a moment or a pain or a memory.
In that moment it’s hard to be ok. You may be sad or have doubts. You may have pain.
It’s normal but please remember some people occupy too much space in your mind. That a lot of times pain and anger or sadness is within us not from the outside.
I had a friend I don’t even know where I would begin explaining this person but I hold a lot of emotions and space in my mind for this person. So much that I get mad at my own self.
It’s a process to just work it through. One day at a time. Slowly you gain your power back. Emotions can’t always be in control. You have to be in control. Use logic or your common sense. That always helps. Or shift your focus. Think of the good in your life verse what you’re missing. Play music. Distract yourself. Remember we always hold a space for people in our heart doesn’t mean they have to control our emotions or our life.
