Are You Feeling My Vibe…
After 5 months at my new company I was promoted to a Global Management role. I was in shock and grateful and all I could think about is how lucky I was to take this leap of faith.
After 14 years being a part time independent contractor I was grateful to be able to help raise my kids but didn’t know how things would be once I decided to take a full time remote role with one company.
While I do wake up early to do calls with my India team and it’s hard juggling being a mom to three and working so many hours my goal is to be able to give them a good life and I seem to be on the right track for that.
Don’t ever doubt what you’re capable of!

Los Remolinos- Colombian Restaurant in Sono
We went here the other night for date night and it was so fun and delicious.
We got a lot of fun apps but my favorite was the Bandeja De Boquitas is a must! Awesome appetizer. Comes out with a flame and you place the food on it. So good
Delicious Empanadas- we tried each flavor. Main dish was tacos- the steak ones was really good, and of course my favorite-Arequipe for dessert. The best caramel ever. Reminds me of my childhood. I would go to my friend’s Paula house after school and we would have it for a snack.

Easter Traditions
My contribution every year is to hand out the Italian chocolate egg and make Easter bread.
This year I totally nailed it. Work was closed on Good Friday so I took the time to make my bread. I will post the recipe below. The key- I mixed it by hand.
I left the kids make their own shapes. Rabbits and a dove. The bread was a hit.

Bingo Baby…
This is my new party contribution to family gatherings. Themed Bingo.
It’s a blast. It’s fun for the family and helps us connect.
Prizes can be whatever you want but be sure to have enough so everyone can win multiple times. This past weekend we did bingo at my Niece birthday and above were the prizes we could win.
Even some of the adults chose something from the fidget box.

Chicago….What An Amazing Performance
She’s always been into theater. Last show she did props. This time ensemble. It’s so fun watching her perform.
The first time we went I thanked my boyfriend and later he actually said we should go back and bring the kids so his daughter could see it.
So we did and it was great watching the kids perform again. Such talent for high schoolers.

Have you ever seen the “Love More Than Ever” spray painted around town? Well he now has a Graffiti Workshop and it was a blast.
I have been wanting to take the kids for a while. I love art and painting and anything to do with being creative makes my heart happy.

He has his studio in Norwalk. My oldest had her play so she couldn’t join us but we will definitely take her and the rest of the kids back.
They have all these canvas lined up on the wall and use water based spray cans so it doesn’t smell.
They class is an hour long. After we got to throw the paint balls at the splatter wall.
It was so much fun!

Ciao! In Sono CT
I hardly get one on one time with my youngest. My oldest was at her play and my middle one a sleepover so my youngest and I went out to dinner.
It was delicious and portions were huge. We got a Cesar salad, fried calamari, she got gnocchi with pesto and chicken and I got the chicken parm.
It’s so pretty inside and staff were really friendly and attentive.
We will definitely come back.
