Trust The Process
Even when things do not go as expected...just trust the process. It’s amazing how things can change day by day. How people come in and out of your life. How your journey is unpredictable. Just trust it.

Have You Had A Slimcado?
I saw these at Stew Leonard’s and has to try it. It’s less calories than an avocado. It was pretty tasty. This one was from Florida. Have you ever tired a Slimcado?
The Beauty Of Virtual Meetings
You see these memes all the time. Business jacket. Underwear. It’s an ongoing joke with everyone working virtually. You can wear yoga pants and be dressed up waist up. So today I had a video recording session and had to look professional.
Easy. No one had to know I kept my Bermuda shorts on. Waist up professional. That’s all that mattered.
Everything Helped Me!
Being emotionally available and mature and intelligent takes time. It’s easy to put up a wall. It’s easy to go about life and use substances to numb your pain. True growth is looking at your life and saying ok let’s dig up this pain and deal with it. Let’s make some changes.
All along I was me. I am who I am today because I unburied a lot of pain and anger and issues. I had to ground myself to say ok this happened how are you going to handle it? I couldn’t allow situations to consume me. You can’t make anyone change but yourself. I couldn’t allow other people’s actions affect me. I had to only correct myself. I can’t correct anyone else. I had to realize today I am who I am because all the situations helped me. I needed those experiences.
You Get What You Accept
It’s a learning process. You then look within yourself and think you deserved this type of treatment. Then one day you say I won’t allow anyone to treat me like that again and magically people stop. You choose to be around different people. You choose to love different people. You select who you want to spend your time with.
I wasted time on people who I felt I wasn’t getting emotionally what I needed. I was questioning my own self. That’s when I changed.
When you change you no longer allow people to make you feel any way but good. You get from people what you allow. Remember that.

The Beauty Of Summer
It’s so hard to get the kids to eat healthy. Until I realized they love raw veggies. Fruit. Anything that I can wash and put out that doesn’t require cooking. So summer is so much fun when grocery shopping because all the fruits and veggies are so bright and fresh. What’s your kid’s favorite?

Cheers to 46 Years
46 years. Can you imagine? I think I could make it to 46 years if I got married tomorrow but really how many people can say that.
Was it a perfect marriage. No. But whose is. But I remember walking in the kitchen and my dad blasting Italian music. He would interrupt my mom from cooking to dance with her. And she would be annoyed and then blush.
Nothing is perfect. No Journey. But when you love someone. Truly love someone. You make it work. When you are eachothers best friend and companion and confidant. It works.
I hope they both live to be 100 and happy every step of the way. ❤️

Peace of Mind
It’s amazing how well you sleep when you are at peace. When things that used to keep you up no longer have power over you. Want to sleep better? Have peace of mind!
A Simple Kiss
My middle one does this to me every night. She grabs my face and kisses my forehead. It’s so cute. Of course she doesn’t realize what it means. I always do it back to her. It’s a soothing sensation. Whenever you can do it to those you love and want to protect. A simple kiss can mean a lot more than you think. ❤️
Glassblowing at Kinship Glassworks in Milford
I have been wanting try this for so long. It’s always been on my bucket list to do this. So when we were thinking of a fun and unique date night, I threw in this option. Luckily he was on board and we looked up places. There is a groupon for it too.
The great thing about this is it’s a private session. You call when you arrive. The garage doors are open. You all have your masks on and only remove them to do the actual blowing.
When you get inside you sign a waiver and you select your item and color.
The paperweights and flower you do not blow but get to mold. It was hard to decide on what to make because you wanted to be sure to get good use out of it. We decided to make glasses.
There are huge ovens everywhere. Industrial fans are going. Once you pick an item he gets a ball of melted glass. You bring it to the station where crushed colored glass gets rolled in it. Then the fun begins.
The owner was awesome having you be hands on. It educated us the whole time even had a ton of fun laughs and banter.
You bring it to a kettle where you roll it slowly- hard for me to slow the pace but it worked. As you roll it is melting your color into the glass and shaping it.
It’s so amazing to see it. Then the blowing begins. You put a disposable cover on the end and you blow as he rolls it back and forth. The blowing is expanding and shaping the glass.
As you blow he is shaping it.
It goes back and forth into the kennel until a glass gets molding and formed.
It’s the coolest thing ever.
Add the end he pours water at the end and taps it and the glass comes off.
They then bake it and the color sets in.
We couldn’t believe how cool our glasses looked.

They host big groups too and have more help on hand so you can have multiple sessions going on at once. It’s such a fun experience. Check it out.

Break Free & Start Again
The best thing you can do is break free from anything that isn’t serving you well and start again. Everyday is a new start. New chance.
2020 had so many crazy experiences. One big plus it cleared the path for me and helped me let go anything that wasn’t serving me well. To start again. To give other situations a chance. Clear your path. Allow new and better and healthy situations in.

Establishing Healthy Relationships
Here’s a simple spectrum. Simple. Right? What if I told you I can name dozens of unhealthy relationships. What if I said we all have probably experienced unhealthy or some form of an abusive relationship. It’s our job to break that cycle to find someone who we can have a healthy relationship with. Not boring. Healthy. There’s a difference!
Focus On Your Journey
This is important. Sometimes people don’t do what we think they should do. Some people never change. It’s ok. Focus on your journey. What you need and want!
